Payment Policy
How and when payments are due, the methods we accept, and what happens if a payment is delayed.
Deposit and Booking
A deposit of 50% is required on bookings of any tour arrangement to secure the booking, with the balance due within 30 days of the commencement of the tour. For bookings made less than 15 days before the tour begins, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking, and the customer will be subject to our cancellation policy.
Accepted Payment Methods
SunAfrika Safaris accepts various forms of payment, including but not limited to:
- Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Union Pay)
- Debit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Union Pay)
- Bank Transfer
- Mobile Money Transfer (M-Pesa)
All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific payment method.
Cash Payment Restrictions
Please be aware that we do not accept cash payments in USD notes dated between 1996 and 2006.
Right to Refuse Payment
SunAfrika Safaris reserves the right to refuse any form of payment at its discretion.
Amendments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Tour amendments, cancellations, and refunds are processed subject to our amendments, cancellation, and refund policy.
